The St. Thomas Aquinas women's field hockey team lost to Mercy College, 4-0 on Wednesday afternoon.  Nicole Amerling had 9 saves for the Spartans who recorded 8 shots on goal.  

Mercy had four different goal scorers in the game and attempted 14 shots on goal.  STAC will play Dowling at home on Saturday.  Saturday's game is scheduled for a 12:00 start time.
