The St. Thomas Aquinas field hockey team lost to Mercy College, 4-0 on Tuesday afternoon, ending their three game win streak.

The host team was able to score two goals in each half, including two goals from Angela Robbins.  Mercy held a 16-9 shot advantage over the Spartans as well as 15-12 in corner opportunities.  Suzanne Clarke recorded nine saves in goal for the Spartans.  

The Spartans will return to action on Saturday when they travel to Assumption College with a 7:00 p.m. game.
