How it Happened

  • After the initial entry pass off the corner was laid off by Olivia Breen, Maddy Barbush sent a pass in front of the net where Nicole Krozser was able to get her stick on it, before turning to her right and sending a shot into the bottom of the cage for the game's first goal just before the two minute mark of the first quarter to make it 1-0 ESU.
  • Following the original pass from the penalty corner that trickled outside the shooting circle, Jady van Gils corralled the ball, dribbled passed the defender to her right and sent a blast that deflected off the goalkeepers' stick into the back of the net to put East Stroudsburg up 2-0 mid-second quarter.
