Sparkill, N.Y. - The St. Thomas Aquinas College Field Hockey team dropped a 4-0 decision to Millersville University on Saturday afternoon at Spartan Field.
STAC falls to 2-3 on the year, while the Marauders stay perfect at 6-0.
Millersville outshot St. Thomas Aquinas 20-8, with visitors ahead 11-4 in shots on goal. Kate Strickland (2 goals), Ashlynn Lennon and Qhayiya Nogoduka tallied goals in the contest.
Sophomore Sofia Corominas Cuen and freshman Jasmijn Van Drunen led the STAC offensive opportunities with two shots on goal apiece, which were all turned away by Millersville's Kerstin Koons (W, 6-0).
Jessie Hohenstein (L, 2-3) got the start in the cage for the Spartans and made seven saves on 11 shots faced.
