St. Thomas Aquinas men's basketball player Justin Brown was named the ECC Rookie of the Week for the second consecutive week.  Brown tallied 15 points, shooting 62% from the floor while going 4-for-5 from the charity strip, in the Spartan's loss to Philadelphia University.  Brown pulled down a team-high 7 rebounds and added 2 blocks and a steal in the game.
