Ten Spartans registered at least a point for the St. Thomas Aquinas College Ice Hockey team in their 15-2 victory over Northern Virginia Community College on Sunday morning in the finale of the Delaware Valley Collegiate Hockey Conference East Coast Showdown Tournament at Ice Works in Aston, PA.
Luke Broderick recorded 4 goals and an assist, Douglas Harrison netted a hat trick and an assist, Brian Callaghan picked up 2 goals and an assist and Patrick Burns tallied 6 assists in the win. Ethan Birmingham, Carter Taylor, CJ Reissner, Shaun Benson, James Ryan and Stephen Finkel also scored a goal apiece, while Carl Lorenz made 11 saves to run his record to 9-3-1 on the year.
