STAC Opens Spring Semester Schedule with 5-2 Setback to Western Connecticut State

Danbury, Conn. - Despite goals from Sean Kunz and Shaun Benson, the St. Thomas Aquinas College Ice Hockey team saw its six-game unbeaten streak come to an end at the hands of Western Connecticut State University, 5-2 on Sunday afternoon at the Danbury Ice Arena.

John Rosabella (L, 6-5) stopped 31 of 35 shots faced in the contest between MCHC member schools.
