SPARTAN ICE HOCKEY SCHEDULE ALERT:

Due to unforeseen circumstances involving the Columbia University Club Ice Hockey team, Friday evening's MCHC road matchup with St. Thomas Aquinas College has been cancelled. The contest will not be made up.

UPDATE: MCHC officials have deemed the contest between the Spartans and Lions a 1-0 forfeit in favor of STAC.

St. Thomas Aquinas College (8-9) continues its push to the playoffs, hosting Stevens Institute of Technology on Saturday, February 11. Puck drop is set for 8:00 p.m. at Sport-O-Rama Ice Rinks in Monsey, N.Y., with Senior Day festivities honoring Carter Taylor and Sean Kunz taking place prior to the opening face-off between the Spartans and Ducks.
