Monsey, N.Y. - The St. Thomas Aquinas College Ice Hockey team opened the home portion of its 2023-24 schedule on Friday evening with a 6-4 victory over Rowan University at Sport-O-Rama Ice Rinks.

Andrew Fenninger and Jeremy Poggi tallied two goal apiece for the maroon and gold, while Noah Barr and James Tremblay added to the totals on the scoreboard. Michael Pippo (W, 1-1) got the start between pipes for the Spartans and stopped 42 of 46 shots faced to earn his first win of the year.
