The St. Thomas Aquinas men's lacrosse team lost at NYIT, 13-8. Tyler Senatore scored three goals for the Spartans while Anthony Irizarry scored two goals and added one assist.

The Bears came out strong outscoring the Spartans 8-2 in the first half.  The Spartans rallied in the third quarter scoring five straight goals; two from Senatore, two from Irizarry and one from Brenton Mighty to bring them within two, 9-7.  Lenny Innammorato scored three out of the Bears final four goals to open up the lead and help NYIT secure the win.  Innammorato finished with a game-high five goals.  

Ryan Mello recorded 16 saves in the loss.
