The St. Thomas Aquinas men's soccer team picked up their 12th win of the season with a 2-0 victory over St. Rose College. Brendan Flynn and Remington Lee each scored for STAC. Sean Reily and Daniel Davren each added an assist.
The Spartans got off to a quick start as Flynn headed in a corner kick from Reily just ten minutes into action. STAC remained in control the rest of the way. Lee added his goal off a cross from Davren with fifteen minutes remaining in the game to secure the win. The Spartans defense played another superb game only allowing 4 shots on goal. Andrew Tartara recorded his fourth shutout recording 4 saves in the outing.
STAC will host Molloy College on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. Saturday's game will also represent senior day for the Spartans four seniors; Conor Flynn, Chris Hernandez, Renan Lopes and Peter O'Malley.
