The St. Thomas Aquinas men's tennis team lost to NYIT, 7-2, on Saturday evening at the Tenafly Racquet Club. Inigo Aldekoa and Mathieu Amyot picked up the only Spartan victories with 2nd and 3rd flight singles wins. Aldekoa won his matches, 7-5, 6-3 while Amyot won, 6-3, 6-3. Antoine Venard lost a close match via tie breaker.
The Spartans will have a quick turn around as they play Post University on Sunday.
