Freshmen Javier Munoz-Laguna has been tabbed the East Coast Coast Conference Rookie of the Week.  He helped guide the Spartans to a 1-1 week by winning both his doubles and singles matches. In singles, he defeated Post’s David Narovec, 8-2, and West Chester’s Chaz Irwin, 6-2, 6-2, both in the No. 3 spot.
