Ali Ajaz, Matthew Ehret and Kiel McKenzie Earn NFF Hampshire Honor Society Distinction

Ali Ajaz, Matthew Ehret and Kiel McKenzie of the St. Thomas Aquinas College Sprint Football team have been selected to the 2022 National Football Foundation (NFF) Hampshire Honor Society. The Spartan Student-Athletes were among 37 players from seven Collegiate Sprint Football League (CSFL) member institutions selected for the prestigious honor, in the second season that sprint football players were recognized for the award.

This honorable academic distinction was bestowed upon 1,559 players from 315 schools that qualified for membership in the society's 16th year. In order to qualify for the NFF Hampshire Honor Society, student-athletes must have completed their final year of playing eligibility, attained a minimum GPA of 3.2, met all NCAA/NAIA-mandated progress towards degree requirements and have been a starter or significant contributor.
