St. Thomas Aquinas College Sprint Football Quarterback Ryan Kenny has been named the Collegiate Sprint Football League's Rookie of the Week, following the Spartans 27-14 victory over Chestnut Hill College on Saturday afternoon at A.A. Garthwaite Stadium.

Kenny (So./Brooklyn, N.Y.) completed 13 of 28 passes for 232 yards and four touchdowns against the host Griffins. Among his four TD throws on the afternoon were strikes of 45 and 77 yards to teammate Reno Molina.

STAC (2-4, 0-3 CSFL North) closes out the 2022 CSFL Season, facing Cornell University on Friday, November 4 (7:00 p.m.) at the Torne Valley Sports Complex. Senior Day festivities will take place prior to the contest between the Spartans and Big Red.
