Women's Bowling Opens 2021-22 Season at Felician Falcon Fall Classic

Lodi, N.J. - The St. Thomas Aquinas College Women's Bowling team opened its 2021-22 season at the Felician University Falcon Fall Classic on Saturday and Sunday at Lodi Lanes in New Jersey. The Spartans went 1-8 in the two-day tournament, finishing with a total pinfall of 7,076, averaging a 141.5 per game.

In traditional play on Saturday, STAC picked up its lone victory against Bloomfield College, 785-753, while falling to Adelphi University (859-770), D'Youville College (854-706) and Saint Francis University (PA) (849-656).

The second day saw the competition turn to Baker format. St. Thomas Aquinas went 0-5 in those matchups, as Daemen College (846-661), Farleigh Dickinson University (979-760), Molloy College (794-693), Caldwell University (780-717) and Felician University (822-640) all registered wins against the maroon and gold on Sunday.

St. Thomas Aquinas will next compete in the Wagner College Winter Invite on Sunday, December 5 at Rab's Country Lanes - Staten Island, NY.
