The St. Thomas Aquinas women's lacrosse team lost to Roberts Wesleyan College, 19-8 on Monday afternoon. Kaitlyn Gutenberger scored four goals for the Spartans while Leanna Iobbi added three goals.

Roberts Wesleyan outscored the Spartans 12-3 in the first half to put themselves in good position for the win.  Emily Tomei scored a team high five goals all in the first half for the Redhawks.  The Spartans recieved two first half goals from Gutenberger and one from Iobbi.  Arielle Rodriquez also scored for the Spartans.  Katherine Feigenbaum recorded 17 saves for the Spartans who lost the shots battle 43-23.

STAC will have a quick turn around and they travel to Ramapo College for a 4:00 p.m. game on Tuesday.
