O'Grady has been the leader of the Lady Spartans this season.  She has been their top finisher in five of the six races she has competed in.  O'Grady finished in 7th place in the ECC Championship, which was good for the All-Conference First Team accolade.  At the NJIT Highhlander Technology Challenge in early October, she set the Spartan 5K record with a time of 18:40.

Borriello has built a strong resume in her rookie campaign.  She made the ECC All-Conference Second Team with a 10th place finish at the ECC Championship.  Borriello was honored by te conference twice this season, once as the Rookie of the Week, and again as the Runner of the Week.  Borriello finished first for the Lady Spartans twice this season.  She also won the CTC Championship race leading helping her team secure the team win.

Matwiejczuk, who took 12th place at the ECC Championship, also earned a place on the All-Conference Second Team.  She has been an impact runner in her first season with the Lady Spartans.  She has consistently improved as the season progressed and was named the Rookie of the Week once this year.

Ventarola, the final All-Conference Second Team selection has been a key element to the team's success.  She is consistently in the front pack and brings a great deal of energy to the team.  Ventarola is an aggressive and smart racer.  She steps up to challenges giving the team a competitive edge.
