Lady Spartan Cross Country Ranked #3 in East Region

The St. Thomas Aquinas women's cross country team held their spot at #3 in the East Region for the 5th consecutive week.  This ranking follows their 2nd place finish at the East Coast Conference Championship last weekend.  

Four Lady Spartans were named to the All-Conference team for their performances in the ECC Championship.  Sophomore, Katie O'Grady, was awarded First Team honors after a 7th place finish in the race.  Freshmen Kristen Borriello and Angelica Matwiejczuk were the next two to cross the line garning Second Team Honors.  Redshirt sophomore Meaghan Ventarola notched the last All-Conference spot with her 14th place finish.  

The Lady Spartans will next compete at the NCAA DII East Regional Campionship at South Nashua High School on November 22nd.
