Meaghan Ventarola of the Spartan Women's Cross Country team has been named the East Coast Conference Runner of the Week.  Ventarola set the STAC 5K record with her time of 18:28 at the Technology XC Challenge. Her fourth place finish helped to secure the Spartans a first place team finish.  Ventarola has been one of the top two finishers in race race for STAC this season.
