Andrew Drescher has been named the East Coast Conference Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week, for the second consecutive week, on Monday following the Spartans latest race at the Bard College/Fred Pavlich Invitational, which took place on Saturday in Annandale-on-Hudson, N.Y. 

Drescher (Sr./Duanesburg, N.Y.) continued to excel on the race course with a first place finish in the Bard College/Fred Pavlich Invitational, recording a time of 19:22.5. Drescher's finish helped to lead STAC to a team victory and set a new course record.

Next up for St. Thomas Aquinas, the St. Joseph's University Golden Eagle Invitational on Friday, September 30 at Bethpage State Park in Farmindale, N.Y.

STAC will then host its annual alumni run on Saturday, October 1 at Tallman Mountain State Park in Sparkill, NY.
