COVID-19 HEALTH & SAFETY CHECKLIST
- Wear a mask or face covering when you are around others
- Cover your coughs and sneezes
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content if soap & water are not available
- Clean and disinfect surfaces daily
- Keep at least 6-feet of distance between yourself and those around you
- Monitor your health daily and stay home if you are not feeling well
- Avoid contact with anyone who is sick
COVID-19 SYMPTOMS (As per the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention)
People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have Coronavirus and should consult their personal physician or a medical professional immediately. Further diagnostic testing may be needed to confirm the presence of COVID-19.

- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
