SPARTAN SCHEDULE ALERT:
A late season Nor'easter has forced schedule changes for the St. Thomas Aquinas College Baseball, Men's and Women's Lacrosse teams this week.
STAC's Baseball contest with Dominican University, scheduled for Wednesday, March 15 at Clover Stadium has been postponed due to unplayable field conditions caused by the storm's rain and snow. The Spartans and Chargers will makeup the game on Wednesday, March 22 with first pitch scheduled for 3:30 p.m.
Unplayable field conditions have also postponed the Spartans Men's Lacrosse match with Dominican University, which was scheduled for Wednesday, March 15 at the Torne Valley Sports Complex. The Spartans and Chargers will makeup the game on Wednesday, March 29 with the opening faceoff scheduled for 4:00 p.m.
In addition, Saturday's home doubleheader with Jefferson University has been shifted to Philadelphia, with the Spartans remaining as the home squad for the twin bill.
Finally, with heavy snow having fallen in the New England region, the Women's Lacrosse matchup between STAC and Assumption University, which was scheduled for Wednesday, March 15 has now been moved to Thursday (March 16). The opening faceoff between the Spartans and Greyhounds is still set for 5:30 p.m. at Brian Kelly Stadium in Worcester, Mass.
