(SPARKILL, NY –July 23, 2019)— St. Thomas Aquinas College Director of Athletics Gerald Oswald will retire effective August 31, 2019. His announcement will close out a trailblazing career of more than 45 years in college athletics, including the last 19 at St. Thomas Aquinas College.

The St. Thomas Aquinas Athletic Department was honored for their strong efforts in community service in last nights East Coast Conference 1st Annual Awards Dinner. STAC received the ECC Community Cup which went to the Conference Institution that dedicated the highest hours to community service.
Central Islip, NY The East Coast Conference has announced the Commissioners Honor Roll for the 2007-2008 academic year. A total of 599 student-athletes made this years squad with representation from all eleven member institutions. Sixty two STAC student athletes were recognized.
The STAC Women's Softball Team finished the 2007-2008 season with a seven game winning steak. They tied 6th in the ECC but lost the tie-breaker that would set them into post season play. Two seniors and one freshman received post season honors.
