The St. Thomas Aquinas baseball team fell to Bridgeport on Friday evening, 9-0.  Frank Salerno, Vin Malzahn, Matt Smith and Andrew Ahn each had a hit for the Spartans. 

The Spartans got into trouble in the 1st inning as the Purple Knights scored 8 of their 9 runs.  STAC held them to one run for the rest of the game but could not rally a run. 

The Spartans will play Bridgeport in a double header on Saturday with the first game beginning at 11:00 a.m.
