The St. Thomas Aquinas baseball team fell to Bridgeport, 7-3 in today's game.  Mike Apreda went 3-for-4 for the Spartans while Mike Walraven went 2-for-4.  Vin Malzahn and Fred Moore each added a hit and a RBI for STAC. 

The Purple Knights got on the scoreboard first but the Spartans were able to tie the game 1-1 with a RBI sac fly from Barbalato, scoring Andrew Ahn, who led off with a triple.  Bridgeport added six more runs before the Spartans would score again.  STAC scored two more runs in the 7th inning highlighted by a RBI double from Moore. 

The Spartans will play Dominican College tomorrow at the Vet beginning at 5:00 p.m.
