
Bloomsburg, Pa. - The St. Thomas Aquinas College Baseball team headed back out on the road Tuesday for a non-conference matchup with Bloomsburg University at Danny Litwhiler Field in Pennsylvania. A four-run first inning, combined with a three-run fifth allowed the host Huskies to get by the Spartans by a score of 7-4.
STAC slips to 7-19 on the year, while Bloomsburg moves to 10-16.

STAC PERFORMANCES:
- Ryan Appell and Nick Oelcher each went 2-for-4, while also scoring a run apiece.
- The Spartans also saw hits from Jack Dwyer (1-3, Run), Chris Ewing (1-4), Charlie Cordisco (1-4) and Nicholas Walker (1-1)
- Jake Halloran got the start for the maroon and gold in non-conference contest and gave up four runs (one earned) on one hit in an inning of work, while walking two and striking out two. Halloran was charged with loss and falls to 0-2 on the year.
- Eliahs Delgado, Trey Eckman, Nickolas Berasti, Ricardo Gonzalez, James Kahn and Anthony Holtje each saw time out of the bullpen and combined to allow three runs on six hits in seven innings of relief with four walks and a five Ks.
