
Myrtle Beach, S.C. - The St. Thomas Aquinas College Baseball team surrendered four runs in the seventh inning to squander a one-run lead and ultimately fell to Franklin Pierce University, 8-5 on Saturday morning at The Ripken Experience in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
STAC slips to 1-2 on the season, while Franklin Pierce improves to 4-3.

- Orin Winslow got the start for the maroon and gold and gave up four runs (three earned) on four hits over 4.1 innings of work, while walking only one and fanning nine Ravens. Winslow was charged with a no-decision.
- Relievers Aidan Cardenas, Christian Varela, Lorent Hoti and Ryan Callaghan combined to allow four runs on three hits, with three walks and a strikeout. Varela (0-1) took the loss as a result of a four run seventh inning where he surrendered all four runs on a single hit in 1.1 innings pitched.
