2013 - 2014

In Koerner’s junior year he posted a 74.78 scoring average in his 9 tournaments and 23 competitive rounds. Koerner earned his first collegiate victory at the 2014 St. Thomas Aquinas Spring Invitational after carding rounds of 70 and 67 to set the school’s 36-hole record at -7. Koerner helped the Spartans reach a 5th NCAA Championship when he finished T-19 after carding rounds of 72-70-78. Koerner was selected to his 2nd straight PING All-Region team and he earned Academic All-American honors from his hard work in the classroom.

2012 - 2013

In Koerner’s first year of eligibility he posted a 75.7 scoring average in his 9 tournaments and 20 competitive rounds. Koerner had his 3 top 2 finishes earning co-medalist honors at Peek n’ Peek resort with scores of 73-76. He finished in 2nd place for two consecutive events posting scores of 67-75 at Adelphi’s Fall Invitational and then again at the Bayside Invitational with rounds of 72-75.  Koerner’s steady play earned him a place on the Ping All-East Regional team.

2011 - 2012

Personal: Son of Ernst and Ute Koerner...has a younger sister, Nina. Majoring in Marketing.
