2013 - 2014

In Gentle’s sophomore year he posted a 77.37 scoring average in his 8 tournaments and 19 competitive rounds. Gentle had his best collegiate tournament at the Tiffin University “Battle at the Beach” when he fired a two-day score of 147 (74-71).  

2012 - 2013

In Gentle’s freshman year he posted a 77.1 scoring average in his 9 tournaments and 19 competitive rounds. Gentle’s best finish was at the Manhattanville Spring Invite where he finished tied for 4th with rounds of 74-74. Gentle’s best round was at the NCAA Super Regional when he shot a team low score of 72 on the difficult Spidel golf course.

Junior Career

Gentle won the Junior PGA Series at Stow Acres shooting rounds of 74-76-76 and winning a two-hole playoff. Earned a berth into the junior PGA Championship in Fort Wayne Indiana. Gentle earned a 40-10-5 match play record in high school and finished his career with 37 scoring average.

Personal: Son of Ron and Pam Gentle...has an older sister, Kelcey. Majoring in Business Administration.
