St. Thomas Aquinas finished second in the East Coast Conference regular-season and with a 23-6 overall record, they have earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Tourney. The Spartans posted a 15-3 record in conference play, and carry a 4-2 record in NCAA East Region action, having captured the regional title in 2017.
The winner of that first round game will advance to meet the winner of the NE-10 Tourney Champ and #2 seed Merrimack College battle with #7 seed and CACC Tournament Champion Dominican College.
