Roberts, Caraballo, Cisse, Earn ECC All-Conference Honors
The St. Thomas Aquinas College men's basketball team had three players take home East Coast Conference All-Conference honors at the league's annual awards banquet. Read more from the ECC Here.

After leading the Spartans in scoring while earning First Team honors a year ago, Osbel Caraballo was even more of a force in taking home the same recognition for the second straight season. Once again, Osbel was the team's top point-producer, with 16.8 ppg, currently standing 6th in the ECC and he is also 6th in rebounding at 7.2 rpg. He is one of two just Spartans to have started in all 28 games this season, scoring in double-figures in all but three of those contests.

Joining him on the First Team - after being named to the Second Team last season - was Demetre Roberts, who also captured Rookie of the Year honors in 2018-19. Demetre has brought his combination of ballhandling skill, shooting prowess, and tremendous poise to a Spartans lineup that has amassed a 48-12 record (.800 winning percentage) over his two season's entering Saturday night's semi-final showdown with Daemen. His 15.2 ppg is second on the team and 10th in the ECC and he has appeared in all 28 games this season to date, starting all but one.

Rounding out the Spartans' post-season parade is Sekou Cisse, the only senior on this year's squad, who took home Third Team kudos for the second consecutive season. Sekou's rebounding ability and interior presence have complimented the STAC attack this season, as his team-leading 8.3 rebounds per game is currently third in the ECC, while his 14.5 ppg ranks him 13th among conference leaders.
