Fairfield, Conn. - The St. Thomas Aquinas College Ice Hockey team dropped its fourth straight decision, falling to Sacred Heart University 8-3 on Sunday afternoon at the newly constructed Martire Family Arena.
Nevin Grubic, Carter Taylor and Jeremy Poggi tallied a goal apiece in the contest, as John Rosabella (L, 1-4) got the start in net for the Spartans and made 26 stops, before being replaced by Michael Pippo late in the second period. Pippo stopped all 20 shots that he faced.
