Newark, N.J. - The St. Thomas Aquinas College Ice Hockey team completed a season series sweep of New Jersey Institute of Technology on Friday night with a 5-1 victory over the Highlanders at the RWJ Barnabas Health Hockey House at Prudential Center.
STAC improves to 12-5-1 overall and 9-3-1 within the Metropolitan Collegiate Hockey Conference.
Nicholas Delia, Joey Camporeale, Daniel McKeon, Jason Desalvo and Noah Barr each picked up a goal for the maroon and gold in the MCHC contest. Theo Morris (W, 4-2) got the start in between the pipes for the Spartans and stopped 20-of-21 shots faced.
