Newark, N.J. - The St. Thomas Aquinas College Ice Hockey team picked up its third straight victory Friday night, downing Stevens Institute of Technology, 7-4 at the RWJ Barnabas Health Hockey House at Prudential Center.
Noah Barr recorded a hat trick, while Jeremy Poggi netted two goals. Jason Desalvo and James Tremblay also added to the Spartans totals on the scoreboard. Michael Pippo made his fourth straight start in goal for the maroon and gold, stopping 31 of 35 shots faced to move his record to 3-1 on the year.
