Monsey, N.Y. - The St. Thomas Aquinas College Ice Hockey team saw its three-game winning streak stopped on Friday evening, as Western Connecticut State University took a 5-4 overtime decision at Sport-O-Rama Ice Rinks.

STAC falls to 3-1-1 overall and 2-0-1 in the MCHC, while WESTCONN improves to 2-1 and 2-1.

Andrew Fenninger, Nicholas Delia, Matthew Golon and Conner Suthard each tallied goals on the evening for the maroon and gold. Meanwhile, Michael Pippo (3-1-1) got the start between the pipes for the Spartans and stopped 38 of 43 shots faced in 64 plus minutes of action.
