Ryan Christensen of the St. Thomas Aquinas College Men's Lacrosse team was named the ECC Rookie of the Week, for the fourth time this season on Monday, following the Spartans thrilling 17-15 road victory at D'Youville University last weekend in Buffalo, N.Y.
Christensen (Old Bridge, N.J.) tallied five goals in the maroon and gold's triumph over the Saints. The freshman attack also scooped up a ground ball and caused a turnover.
STAC (5-6, 1-3 ECC) closes out its 2023 home schedule on Sunday, April 23 (1:00 p.m.) against Mercy College at Spartan Field. Senior Day festivities will precede the contest between the Spartans and Mavericks.
