St. Thomas Aquinas men's soccer player Brendan Flynn was named the East Coast Conference offensive player of the week.  Flynn was instrumental in the Spartans 3-0 week, adding late game heroics to help sweep his team through the St. Michael's Doubetree Classic over the weekend.

The sophomore forward scored twice, including the game winning marker, in the final 21 minutes against the host Purple Knights.  Flynn went on to net the game winner in the final three minutes of play of a 3-2 victory over St. Anselm.
