The St. Thomas Aquinas men's soccer program hosted a Spartan Alumni game on April 6th at the Christopher St. Lawrence Sports Complex in Hillburn, NY.  The Alumni turned up in force to give the Spartans a very strong game. 

The Alumni came from far and wide with ex-Canadian STAC player Jessie Trajkovski making the long trip down once again to wear the STAC colors.  The game was played in excellent spirits but also at a very high tempo, with the Alumni giving a fantastic account of themselves losing by just a 4-2 scoreline against the currently top 25 Nationally ranked STAC soccer team. 

Head Coach Graham Brown was delighted with the work out as he prepares for a strong spring season against top Div I and Div II NCAA teams.  "It was so nice to see the past players again, they are all still in great shape so that was a bonus, and they played with such an excellent attitude, it was truly a great work out from players who have set the foundation for the current teams ranking.  We thank them and look forward to the next years Alumni game."
