Spartans Ranked 21st in NSCAA Division II Pre Season Poll

The St. Thomas Aquinas men's soccer team is ranked 21st in the NSCAA/Continental Tire NCAA Division II Men's National Poll.  The Spartans are coming off their best season in the programs history at NCAA Division II, with an overall record of 11-4-4 and an NCAA tournament bid. 

STAC not only made its first NCAA tournament appearance in 2011, but pick up its first NCAA win beating ECC Champions NYIT, 4-1.  The Spartans advanced to the NCAA Sweet 16, eventually falling to the host team, Franklin Pierce.

The Spartans will kick off their season on August 30th as they travel to Stonehill.  STAC will play their home opener against Lock Haven at Eugene Levy field on Saturday, September 8th.
