St. Thomas Aquinas men's soccer player Jack Nicholson earned the ECC Defensive Player of the Week honors.  Nicholson recorded an .875 save percentage and a 0.54 goals against average to finish with a 2-0 record in net on the week. In the Spartans 2-0 shut out win against Georgian Court to open the season, he recorded seven saves.
