
Buffalo, N.Y. - The St. Thomas Aquinas College Men's Volleyball team wrapped up its two-match Western New York road trip on Saturday afternoon, falling to D'Youville University 3-0 at the College Center Gym.
D'Youville improves to 5-1 on the season, while STAC slips to 1-9 on the year.

How it Happened
- As a team, D'Youville recorded 38 kills compared to STAC's 16. The Saints also had a 11 blocks and 34 assists, while the Spartans tallied 2.5 blocks and 16 assists.
- Gabriel Vieira (OH/OPP) paced the Spartans offense with six kills in the match. He also registered one dig and one block assist.
- Fernando Juarez (L) recorded a team-high three digs apiece on the afternoon.
- Kyran Versteegen (S) tallied eight serve assists (2.66 assists/set), one kill, one service ace and a block assist for the maroon and gold.
- Andre Cippiciani (OH/OPP) racked three kills and a dig. Cippiciani also had a team-best .333 hitting percentage.
- Miles Fisher (MB/OPP/OH) picked up two kills and two digs for the Spartans.
