St. Thomas Aquinas College Men's Volleyball player Ivaylo Todorov was named the East Coast Conference Defensive Player of the Week on Monday, following the Spartans matchup with Long Island Unversity this past weekend.

Todorov (Aktau, Kazakhstan) recorded 21 digs (5.25 digs/set) and four assists over four total sets against the Sharks in Saturday's home match at the Spartan Athletic Complex.

STAC (3-6) welcomes D'Youville University to the Spartan Athletic Complex on Friday, February 14. The Valentine's Day matchup between the Spartans and Saints gets underway at 5:00 p.m.
