The St. Thomas Aquinas softball team lost to Felician College, 13-1 and 4-3 on Tuesday afternoon.  Samantha McDonald went 4-for-7 on the day.  Julie Sosnicki went 2-for-4 in game two including an RBI double in the 7th inning almost forging a comeback.

Sosnicki's double scored Luren Navvaro who was in as a pinch runner for Toni Ann Groth.  Groth led off the inning with a double to center field. Brittany Mangan singled to left advancing Sosnicki to third and Shelby Coyle hit an RBI single to pull STAC with one.  Sosnicki had an RBI single in the 5th to put the Spartans on the board, scoring Kim Nowak. 

STAC will return to action on Tuesday when they play Bridgeport.
