Natalie has played or coached on all levels of softball including high school, college, competitive travel and international competition. She enters her first year on the STAC staff.

Natalie is the co-founder of East Coast Drive, a travel girls softball program based in Blauvelt, N.Y. since 2012. The club features five travel teams ages 12-18 and offers training programs year round.

She also served as an assistant coach at the University of Bridgeport from 2014-16. In that role, she was actively involved in recruiting and managing team practices. She directed all hitting aspects of the program. Natalie has also worked in coaching positions at Tappan Zee and North Rockland high schools.

She competed collegiately at Molloy College, Southampton College and Nyack College and later played for the United States on the American International Softball Tour to Italy.
