St. Thomas Aquinas women's basketball player Briana Sloper was named to the 2nd Team All-Met, after guiding the Lady Spartans to an 18-11 finish.  Sloper averaged 17.1 points per game and 7.3 rebounds per game.  The senior is a three time All-Met selection receiving 2nd team honors her junior year and 1st team recognition her sophomore year.  

Sloper finished her career as STAC's NCAA Division II all time leading scorer with 1,885 points and leading rebounder with 873.  The forward led the Lady Spartans in scoring in all four years, helping them advance to the ECC playoffs each year.  Sloper was named the ECC Rookie of the Year as a freshmen and the co-player of the year as a junior.  She earned All Region recognition for the first time her junior year as the Lady Spartans finished 21-7 and winning the ECC regular season. Sloper was a 2nd team All Region selection for the second year in a row.  

Sloper will graduate in May with a degree in psychology and was named to the CoSida Academic All American Team.
