St. Thomas Aquinas women's basketball player, Shpresa Liharevic was named the ECC Player of the Week.  Liharevic averaged 26.0 points and 5.0 rebounds for the week guiding the Lady Spartans to a 2-0 week. The senior guard posted a career high 31 points including a career high seven three-pointers at Roberts Wesleyan.

Liharevic added another 21 points at home against UDC in route to scoring her 1000th career point.  Liharevic shot 50% from the floor for the week, while adding three assists and two steals.  Liharevic leads the Lady Spartans in scoring with 12.5 points per game.
