Carmel, N.Y. - Playing in back-to-back events, the St. Thomas Aquinas College Women's Bowling team suited up for the Westchester Community College Metro Classic on Sunday at Spins Bowl.
On the day, STAC broke their season record in doubles play, posting a 944 series with scoring coming from sophomores Ashley Sena and Samantha Larkin.
The maroon and gold also broke their baker record, shooting a 534 series. Four bowlers; Larkin, Sena, along with teammates Shaniah Alago and Natalie Levi put forth significant contributions in setting the team's highest pin-fall total of the campaign, at 4,003.
STAC returns to the lanes on February 4 & 5 for the Chestnut Hill College Griffin Classic. The two-day event will be held at Bowlerama in New Castle, Delaware.
