Fishkill, N.Y. - Returning to action following the holiday break, the St. Thomas Aquinas College Women's Bowling team took part in the Westchester Community College Viking Classic.
In Sunday's tournament held at Schneider's Fishkill Bowl, the sophomore duo of Ashley Sena and Samantha Larkin led the Spartans in the doubles event averaging a 900 series. Meanwhile, captain Samantha Larkin held the top spot in the singles event for the maroon and gold.
Although the Spartans fell short of their team goal, they continue to improve their overall pin-fall, collecting a total of 3,635 pins on the weekend and finishing fourth overall.
STAC returns to action on Saturday, January 21 at the Westchester Community College Blue & Orange Classic. The single day event will be held at Spins Bowl in Carmel, NY.
