The St. Thomas Aquinas women's lacrosse team lost to Molloy College, 19-7.  Alannah McCalister scored 3 goals while Anne Buttafuoco added 2 for STAC.  Johanna Mitchell and Stephanie Brown each scored one goal while Brown added an assist. 

The Lions got out to a strong start scoring the first six goals of the game.  STAC added two goals, both from Buttafuoco to make the score 6-2.  Molloy added six more goals in the first half to take a 12-4 lead at the break.  McCalister scored the Lady Spartans other two goals.

STAC added three more goals in the second half but could not close the gap.  Jeanette Gibson had 19 saves for STAC.

The Lad Spartans end their season with a record of 4-9 and 2-6 in the ECC.  Anne Buttafuoco scored 42 goals and added 7 assists for the Lady Spartans this season.  Johanna Mitchell had 25 goals and a team high 8 assists this season.  Alannah McCalister and Stephanie Brown added 24 and 20 goals respectively, for the season.  Jeanette Gibson finished the year off with 135 saves for the Lady Spartans.

STAC will graduate three seniors; Jeanette Gibson, Kimberly Pinzon and Sarah Rusciano.
